Cable TV Ministry

Cable TV ministry - Grace United Church has an arrangement with CogecoTV on the community channel 10, to broadcast our Sunday worship services. The service is aired at 9:00 am Sundays, and 9:00 am Wednesdays, when the previous week's worship is shown. We are looking for volunteers to assist in this. Nursing Homes and Seniors Ministry

Nursing Home and Seniors Ministry - Grace United Church has a significant ministry to the area nursing homes.  The minister makes regular visits to nursing homes, to keep in touch with members.  The UCW organizes members to
deliver the Sunday bulletin to every church member in the local nursing homes - the John Parrot Centre in Napanee, the Village Green Nursing Home in Selby, the Friendly Manor Nursing Home in Deseronto, as well as the senior's
residence, the Riverine.  The minister conducts a monthly worship service at the Parrot Centre on the second Tuesday of every month, accompanied by dedicated church members from Grace who assist with music, serving communion, or other tasks as needed.  The minister conducts a worship service at the Riverine every two months, on the second Wednesday of the month.

Men's Group

The Men's Group meets once a month on a Saturday for breakfast at the church, at 8:30 am.  They enjoy a good breakfast together, and usually have a guest speaker on some topic of interest.  For more information, contact Elwood Hughes at the Grace office, 613-354-4373, ext 1, or graceuc@mycando.ca

 
United Church Women

 Grace UCW (United Church Women) meets on the first Thursday of the month, usually at 1:00pm, but occasionally at different times if there are special
events happening. 
They have a time of devotions, a program, sometimes a
speaker, and a lunch together.

Church Choirs

:  Grace Senior Choir practices on Thursdays at 7:30pm.  They sing in worship most Sundays, and a few special occasions during the year.
      
 Grace Bell Ringers meet to Practice on Tuesdays at 7:00pm.  Under the direction of Jean Bentley, contact her at the Grace office.
